– UK/EU returns accepted within 14 days (unused items only).

– Orders may be subject to customs/import fees if your item is produced and shipped from outside your region. Customers in Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other non-EU countries should expect duties/VAT on arrival.

– I ship worldwide - if your country isn’t available at checkout, please email me at info@elusivemousegifts.com with your intended order and full delivery address, and I’ll provide a shipping quote and payment method.
